Qualifications of Sales Representative: * 1-2+ years of Inside or Outside Sales experience required * Phone based sales experience preferred * Experience in the Building Material Industry preferred * CRM experience and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience preferred Sales Representative Benefits: * $45,000.00 - $90,000 per year * Reimbursement for car by miles (Outside Sales Rep) * Health Insurance * PTO * 401k with 4% Match * & More Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Options for both Inside sales and Outside Sales positions * Driving sales growth through a combination of in-office and field-based activities * Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with new and current clients * Continually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticals * Set goals to drive sales and performance of the team * Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions * Maintain performance based on goals and objectives * Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure * Communicates effectively and professionally with team members and other managers, relaying all information affecting sales, market trends, and conditions, market segment performance and competitive situations. * Prepares occasional reports, verbal or written, to support this communication.
