Responsibilities * Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals, delivering an exceptional luxury automotive experience for every client. * Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive strong sales volume and profitability, keeping our dealership at the forefront of the market. * Mentor, coach, and elevate the sales staff through ongoing training and support, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. * Ensure each customer receives personalized, world-class service from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond, building long-term relationships and loyalty. * Collaborate with Finance, Service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive, premium experience across all customer touchpoints. * Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, adjusting tactics proactively to capitalize on opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the luxury automotive segment. * Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all dealings, serving as a champion of our family-owned values and a visible ambassador of our premium brand within the community. Qualifications * At least 5 years of automotive sales management experience with a proven record of high-performance results, preferably in a luxury or premium import dealership environment. * Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop sales professionals to reach their full potential. * Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suited to engaging a high-end clientele and building lasting customer relationships. * Uncompromising professionalism, integrity, and work ethic, reflecting our family-owned values and the standards of a premier global luxury brand. * Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring that performance and exceptional client experiences go hand in hand. * Proficiency with modern dealership technologies and tools (CRM systems, analytics, digital retailing platforms) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
