INFINITI of Bellevue is a locally owned dealership that has been in business in the Eastside for over 20 years and we are looking to add a motivated sales associate to our team. Position Overview As a sales associate your main responsibility will be helping guests as they look for their next new or pre-owned vehicle. Customers can inquire into the dealership in a number of ways: walking in, calling on the phone, service etc. but the most common method is by internet. Because of that, phone skills, grammar and ability to respond to customers via text & email is supremely important. With your outstanding communication skills and sales ability, you'll be helping customers find the exact right vehicle, give them a world- class presentation and, after the test-drive, negotiate the figures with the client and ultimately close the deal. We believe in always being there for the customer so, even after the close, follow-up is critical. Responsibilities: - Help customers on the lot to find their next new or pre-owned vehicle - Maintain above-average customer service ratings/surveys - Answer inbound calls from prospective clients who might be looking to visit the dealership - Respond to internet leads from potential customers inquiring on one of our vehicles - Maintain your client base with proper follow-up including phone calls, texts and emails - Most importantly: sell as many cars as possible for fun and profit! Job Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Ability to provide a phenomenal customer experience - Self motivated with a drive to excel - Prior sales experience (retail preferred) or experience in a client-facing role - Good grammar and capable of composing professional emails - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Automotive Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
