Seeking a Full-Time Outside Sales Representative in our Fort Wayne, IN territory. Seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional for an outside sales position. They will be assigned a territory and will be responsible for sales growth within that area. Knowledge of the gas and welding industry along with customer service experience is required. Aspects of this position will include:

• Building relationships with customers while providing knowledge of industrial gases and welding equipment & supplies
• Cold Calls to potential customers
• Winning new business
• Maintaining existing business
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Providing fair pricing and quoting long term contracts
• Helping the retail branch when needed
• Communicating efficiently with branch personnel and operations team
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
