Roofing Exteriors Pro is one of the fastest growing Roofing & Exterior Home Renovation Companies in the Triad NC. We are looking for canvassers, closers, appointment setters. Your job will be to canvas a neighborhood or commercial properties and set appointments. We pay up to $300 per appointment set. You are not required to sell the service (higher commision if you do!) this position has opportunity for advancement. Experience is required but if you have the drive and willingness to learn we would like to hear from you . You must have a valid driver's license. This is a door to door contracted position. Commision Based Pay Only. We pay per confirmed appointment set no matter if the job is sold or not. Duties: - Conduct door-to-door canvassing or business to business canvassing to engage with potential customers - Promote and educate individuals and companies about our specific line of services - Set Appointments For Sales Team or Set Appointments for yourself (Depending on Experience) - Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the benefits and importance of our services - Answer questions and address concerns from individuals in a professional and knowledgeable manner - Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the canvassing process Skills: - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Ability to negotiate and persuade others effectively - Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus - Proficient in bilingual communication (if applicable) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills - Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.00 - $10,000.00 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Monthly bonus * Weekly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: * High Point, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in High Point, NC
