7 stores coming to Middle TN. Our PayMore Midtown(Vandy) store opened last fall, Hermitage(#2) opened in January and Murfreesboro(#3) opened this summer. Join our fast-growing company! We are looking to add efficient, hard-working individuals that will excel in both our direct to consumer and eCommerce department. If you are tech savvy, energetic, organized, love sales, love speaking/building relationships with customers while buying and selling a wide range of today 's hottest electronics [closing deal after deal], such as iPhones and MacBooks, to Nintendo 64 consoles and games, this position is for you. This is a fast paced, exciting front-end position: no day in a PayMore Store is ever the same. JUNIOR BUYER-SELLER-LISTER (Part-time and Full-time) Responsibilities : * Greet and explain our company processes to incoming customers. Build relationships with customers. * Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers. * Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, and referencing additional resources provided. * Negotiate pricing with our customers, keeping a professional attitude, demeanor and business acumen. * Close sales and generate intake receipts. Requirements : * Must have excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems - e.g. data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, being able to quickly identify, test, and assess a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high paced environment. * Must be a people person, ability to befriend, relate, and build relationships with all types of customers. Ability to remain focused in a high volume/fast paced environment - Ability to adapt from customer to customer, situation to situation * Must be able to type quickly and accurately. Accuracy is paramount as you will be entering in final records of purchase. * Punctual, "get it done" upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. * Must be able to follow protocol and procedures. * Professional appearance. * Must be well spoken (English) Bilingual Spanish a major plus. * Understanding of eBay and basic use as a reference/search tool, Basic use of excel. * Sales experience a plus, but not required. * Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required. * Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items.
