StretchLab, a national leader in assisted stretching, is currently expanding our team and seeking a qualified Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. REQUIREMENTS: * 1+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred * Confident in generating personal sales * Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail * Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone * Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit * Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment * An affinity and passion for fitness * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public * Proficiency with computers and Studio software *This is a Part-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: * Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking * Membership and retail sales * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio * Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email * Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities * Contact prospects/leads to schedule stretch class and enroll them in a membership * Drive and retain retail and membership sales * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio * Attend occasional off site Pop-Up events * Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: * This position offers hourly base rate plus incentives * Employee Retail Discount Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.45 - $19.00 per hour Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work Location: In person
