Independent Sales Representative - SolaPNW Location: Washington State (On the Road) Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule | 1099 Contractor Are you a seasoned sales pro with hustle in your blood and a passion for wellness? SolaPNW is looking for self-motivated, independent Sales Representatives to help expand our reach across Washington state. This is your chance to run your own business while repping a premium line of plant- based, handcrafted wellness products. We offer a straight up 10% commission on all sales and repeat orders , plus opportunities to earn at events and markets. You'll receive sales tools, training, and samples--we've got your back while you build your own path. Gas is on us!-We want to expand our reach as far as we can. We don't want gas to get in the way of territory choice. You choose where you go and when you go there :) About SolaPNW Based in the Pacific Northwest, SolaPNW [please apply online] offers small-batch, earth-conscious wellness products including tinctures, topicals, oils, herbal remedies, and more. We also offer white label services , helping other brands create their own signature wellness lines. Your Role * Work as an independent contractor (1099) * Generate and manage your own leads * Sell to retail businesses including wellness shops, spas, massage therapists, smoke shops, coffee stands, salons, and more * Focus on our full line or specialize in specific products--it's your strategy * Earn 10% commission on all sales, including reorders Event Sales Opportunities * You can also earn 10% commission on all individual sales made at events you find and manage * This includes holiday markets, farmers markets, local pop-ups, wellness fairs, etc. * You are responsible for researching, applying for, and booking events * We cover the booth fees and provide all the essentials: tables, tents, products, decor, and additional support as needed What We Provide: * Sales materials, samples, and brand training * A supportive, women-owned company with a growing wellness mission * Back-end fulfillment--you just focus on the front-end selling * Booth setup supplies for markets and events * Bi-Weekly Gas Stipend Who You Are: * Experienced in outside sales or vendor-based retail * Passionate about wellness, plant medicine, and holistic healing * Self-motivated, outgoing, and organized * Entrepreneurial and excited to build a business under your own name Ready to grow with us?
