As a Sales Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, preparing you for future leadership roles. You will work closely with experienced managers and team members to understand the business and develop essential skills. This will be a face-to-face sales environment. Duties * Assist in daily store operations, including customer service and sales strategies. * Collaborate with the management team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. * Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and assist in forecasting inventory needs. * Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Participate in training sessions focused on sales management and retail sales techniques. * Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize product offerings and pricing. * Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and using software tools like Word and Excel for reporting. * Support the team in achieving sales goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
