Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our dynamic team. As a Realtor, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will guide clients through the process, from property search to closing, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties. * Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties. * Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. * Prepare Contracts and other necessary paperwork. * Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best deals. * Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders and other industry professionals. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values. * Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. * Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Qualifications: * Valid real estate license in the state of New York OR be willing to become licensed. * Proven experience as a Realtor or similar role. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property values. * Proficient in using real estate databases and technology tools. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
