Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our dynamic team. As a Realtor, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Prepare Contracts and other necessary paperwork.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders and other industry professionals.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

:

• Valid real estate license in the state of New York OR be willing to become licensed.
• Proven experience as a Realtor or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property values.
• Proficient in using real estate databases and technology tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
