Wholesale Automotive Parts Company is seeking an Inside Sales Order Desk professional to join our team! Responsibilities to include but not limited to: * Answer phones, present and sell company products to new and existing customers * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Identify parts requirements via electronic and paper catalogs * Enter orders into Point of Sale software * Help process orders for delivery, shipment or will call * General warehouse duties * Stock shelves with product Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Automotive experience helpful * Familiarity with basic IT platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong communication skills * Bilingual preferred but not required * Deadline and detail-oriented * Organized We are an 80+ year old company with fantastic benefits and a great working environment!
