Wholesale Automotive Parts Company is seeking an Inside Sales Order Desk professional to join our team!

Responsibilities

to include but not limited to:

• Answer phones, present and sell company products to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Identify parts requirements via electronic and paper catalogs
• Enter orders into Point of Sale software
• Help process orders for delivery, shipment or will call
• General warehouse duties
• Stock shelves with product

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Automotive experience helpful
• Familiarity with basic IT platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Deadline and detail-oriented
