• Greet every customer with a big smile and warm, upbeat "ALOHA" answering questions and offering spot-on product suggestions.
• Process high-volume transactions, tackle refunds, manage multi-item promotions, and turn irate customers into happy ones with class and style.
• Keep the cash drawer accurate and troubleshoot minor POS or barcode scanner hiccups like a tech-savvy champ.
• Restock shelves, monitor inventory (think popular items and seasonal goodies), and flag restocking needs.
• Get creative by helping plan and photograph product posts for our social media.
• Pitch in with store opening and closing duties, including securing high-value merchandise. What We 're Looking For:
