We'll equip you with the necessary skills and tools to engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries. Salary: $75000.00 - $120000.00 per year * Benefits Commission Only Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Career Growth Opportunities Company Sponsored Trips * Responsibilities* * Scheduling follow-up appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their needs * Participating in scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager * Prospecting new businesses, referrals, and existing clients requiring service * Cultivating and managing your own book of business * Collaborating with your sales team manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Responding to client emails and phone inquiries promptly * Establishing and nurturing relationships with local business owners in your territory * Setting your own working hours and being consistent in your schedule * Balancing cold lead generation and warm lead follow-ups effectively * Providing daily updates on sales metrics and activity Requirements * Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer) * Bachelors degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. * Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.B&L Insurance Agency, LLC
