Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Sales Associate / Barista to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, operating the register system, assisting with purchases, and preparing drinks and light meals. To thrive in this role, you should have a solid understanding of our offerings, including membership benefits and birthday packages. You'll help promote these services and assist customers in choosing the best options based on their needs and preferences. Our goal is to build a strong, long-term relationship with this team member and grow them into a future store manager.
