Overview

: Mountain Temp Services (MTS) is seeking a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead client acquisition and retention efforts across diverse industries including construction, traffic control, hospitality, events, warehouse/manufacturing, landscaping, janitorial and final cleaning. This role is critical to expanding MTS's presence within Colorado Springs and ensuring clients receive best-in-class support and staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

: Sales Development & Client Acquisition:

• Drive new business by prospecting and converting leads into active clients
• Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear activity tracking
• Conduct regular outreach, site visits, and presentations to potential clients
• Customize staffing proposals and negotiate service agreements Account Management & Customer Service:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely service
• Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and communicate clearly with operations and branch teams
• Monitor job site performance, worker feedback, and client satisfaction metrics
• Support client retention through proactive follow-ups and quarterly check-ins Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with Branch Managers, Staffing Managers, and Dispatchers to align sales with operational delivery
• Collaborate with Recruiting teams to ensure workforce availability and fit for client needs
• Mentor team members on customer service best practices and sales techniques Reporting & Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate CRM data and activity logs
• Provide weekly reports on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline forecasts
• Track territory trends and client feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service (staffing industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
