HCS is the NCR /Aloha Reseller Partner in the Tennessee and Mississippi territories. There are 4 offices located in Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, and Chattanooga with a client base of over 1000 restaurants. NCR has built a solid distribution channel with strong partners like Hospitality Control Solutions. HCS is currently looking for qualified Salespeople in the Nashville area. Please note - These are positions within Hospitality Control Solutions, not within NCR. GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the HCS Sales Team, a Territory Manager successfully links Point of Sale solutions to market needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will identify every foodservice establishment within the assigned territory as well as make him or herself known to those business owners. A Territory Manager will be responsible for direct cold calls, product demonstrations, needs assessments and other interaction with business owners. This role will also understand competing solutions and provide market feedback to prospective clients about those solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Gain favorable attention of individual business owners * Form relationships and gain a full understanding of prospects' businesses * Generate excitement and solution awareness in your territory * Perform in-person Cold Calls and immediate Warm-Lead follow-ups * Maintain deep knowledge of solution sets offered * Meet sales objectives and quotas consistently * Ensure existing-customer satisfaction by maintaining a consultative and proactive approach with them * Leverage existing professional relationships to build others * Other job related duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge * Restaurant and / or Bar experience is a plus * BA / BS degree preferred * Technology Sales experience is a plus Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Self-motivation * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Objection handling Abilities * Aptitude to learn new technologies / solutions quickly * Ability to perform well under pressure * Ability to work independently yet within company guidelines * High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity * Ability to work flexible schedule/hours as needed to fulfill goals * Ability to travel Compensation based on previous experience, benefits can include health, dental, vision, an IRA matching program, and paid vacations and holidays If you are qualified and interested in this position, please email your resume to*[please apply online]*Hospitality Control Solutions
