Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our growing team. • We offer $18/hour plus commissions - Top performers earn $20-$25/hour

Duties

• Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
• Create a pampering experience for our customers
• Answer phones and book appointment
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude Job

Requirements

:

• Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
• Desire to be in a sales position
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
• Professional appearance & demeanor
