Job Summary Retail Garden Center. Candidates must have a positive attitude, plant knowledge, excellent leadership and communication skills and know that customer service is number one. Responsibilities * Duties will include but are not limited to assisting with purchases and deliveries. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the garden center, ensuring displays are visually appealing. * In Store Sales as well as assisting customers with Bulk Product phone orders. * Maintenance of plant material. * Operate cash registers for sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments accurately. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability. * Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, answering questions and providing information about products. Skills * Strong knowledge of gardening practices and plant care techniques. * Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers effectively. * Organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
