Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the Portland area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in a face-to-face sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits at our kiosks. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on customer satisfaction in person. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
