Schedule Availability Your schedule is usually consistent; however, flexibility is required for meeting needs of the business. We are open 10am-7pm, Monday through Saturday * Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week * Must have closing availability * Must have weekend availability for rotating weekends * Must be flexible when scheduling the work week * Must be willing to replace gaps in the schedule when needed (e.g. when an employee calls in) * Must be willing to open and close the store should the situation require it Administrative Requirements * Must be proficient in all administrative things required by the store manager Pricing/Donations * Must be able to price assigned department as needed as well as help in others * Must be able to work the donation area if needed * Must be able to merchandise the sales floor * Must be able to train new associates fully into new positions Core Values * Must be an avid customer service representative * Must set an example to the staff on how to properly treat customers and how to efficiently complete tasks * Must be able to handle any inquiries/situations in the manager's absence * Must be able to subdue and rectify any problematic situation with a customer * Must uphold store cleanliness and organization * Must uplift team members and encourage good work Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Baton Rouge, LA 70808 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Baton Rouge, LA 70808: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
