Automotive*General Sales Manager GSM - Baltimore Metro $250K Plus Due to recent promotions large metro import dealer has GSM opportunity. We are looking for the person that can be a leader and a manager. This person will have the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This professional within our leadership team, will be expected to adhere to company processes while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Our leaders are expected to represent the company professionally in all interactions, while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and transparency. We are looking for the leader who can be our best desk manager, closer, and game changer. The GSM in this role will be expected to manage all facets of the sales department, be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to lead while holding others accountable to all performance standards.
