Panda Exteriors is a premier roofing and exterior services company serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. We are looking for a savvy, focused, and goal- oriented Outside Sales Consultant to join the Panda family! The ideal candidate is an energetic brand ambassador who has a passion for making valuable connections with potential clients in the neighborhoods we serve. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for introducing clients to our high-quality home improvement products and services. Our first year reps can make well over $120k annually! Responsibilities: * Successfully turn generated and assigned leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions * Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations * Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients * Foster strong professional relationships with internal partners * Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as needed Compensation and Benefits: * Paid training/shadowing * Company Vehicle & Gas Card * Competitive commission only pay structure - plus bonuses! * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * 401k * Company events and excursions Qualifications: * 2-4 years sales closing experience * Ability to climb up on roofs and assess damage * Strong desire to build a career in sales * Drive and commitment to achieving individual and company goals * Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact * Proficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as iPads Are you driven, skilled in building strong relationships, and want to work in a rapidly growing company?
