Layne's Jewelry specializes in bridal and custom jewelry, though we also have a vast selection of diamond and precious stone jewelry. Primary responsibilities and tasks of position include: * Give the customer a positive experience, every time. * Work well with your team members to accomplish tasks efficiently. * Be able to work in an environment that makes customers feel comfortable. * Build relationships with customers to enhance shopping experience. * Be knowledgeable about product features, maintenance and warranties, and be able to provide this information to customers. * Be able to help Jewelers communicate with customers in the repair process. * Must be able to maintain confidentiality. * Ability to learn and grow with changing trends * Attention to detail and providing accurate information for customers. Previous Work Experience: * Minimum of 2 years Retail experience, Jewelry experience is a plus.
