Major Responsibilities: * Process daily incoming quote inquiries from aerospace online listing partners and incoming calls. * Research pricing and product availability through Tallamond online marketplace, Tallamond internal inventory portal, and qualified aerospace suppliers. * Generate quote for customers after cross-referencing current market prices with competitors. * Assist Sales Associates for generating Purchase Order, Issue invoice, purchasing, shipping and monitor payment status within the sales operation process * Constantly monitor the shipment status and provide updates upon customers' inquires. * Communicate with colleagues and report to Sales upon any suspicion or nonconforming material and documentation discrepancies. * Build and maintains updated knowledge of the company's business segmentation and industry through internal training and peer discussions. * Monitors competitors by gathering current marketplace information on trends, pricing, products, etc. and stays current with client needs, competition, and industry trends. What We Are Looking For: * Bachelor's degree and above, prefer major in Business, Marketing, Aerospace, Science or related field * Fluent in English and Mandarin is required * Self-motivated, action-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Strong interpersonal skills, quick learner, a team player, and the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resources * Proficiency in using MS Office and Google mail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
