Full description of the position

The Ideal Candidate would have the following characteristics: * Outgoing personality and enjoys working with people. * Medical terminology background a plus. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * High ethics and integrity. * Ability to work independently and at the same time be able to work in a team setting with very competent and like-minded individuals. * Willingly adheres to all policies and procedures and maintains compliance at all times. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred * Knowledge of medical skin care sales is beneficial Responsibilities & Duties * Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and share general information on services performed and products sold. Handle all in a professional manner. * Check clinic emails multiple times daily and follow up on all emails, customer leads, phone calls, and voicemails. * Check clients in for services and perform all POS duties * Schedule appointments and manage spa's booking system * Assure all proper paperwork is completed before services are rendered. * Open and close clinic according to current systems in place. * Keep all work areas clean, safe, sanitary, and orderly at all times. * Follow all rules and systems while always maintaining confidentiality with all clients and follow HIPAA guidelines. * Assist Nurses as needed. * Perform administrative duties including restocking supplies, anticipating stock needs and alerting manager, and general cleaning and sanitation duties. * Upsell spa services and products to clients * Assist with creating social media content to promote the spa's services and specials * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences * Search out and book outreach events under the direction of the manager. * Other related functions as assigned. Skills & Qualifications * CPR/AED certified * Experience and a high comfort level with using a computer utilizing scheduling and lead generation software, email, word, and excel. * Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse community and provide services from a non-judgmental perspective.
