Job Title: Sales Associate - J&J Exotic Snacks & Smoke Shop Job Description: We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dispensary team. You'll assist customers with product selection, and help maintain a clean, organized store. Great customer service is a must! Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner * Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and regulations * Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions * Restock shelves and keep the store clean and presentable Requirements: * Must be 21+ with a valid ID * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Basic cannabis knowledge (training provided) * Retail or dispensary experience is a plus * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $12.00 per hour Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Night shift Work Location: In person
