Trojan Powersports is seeking energetic and motivated salespeople to join our growing company! We're a family-owned business ran by a fun and friendly group of enthusiasts. The busy season is almost upon us making it a great opportunity to earn top pay at one of Michigan's top selling dealers. Only candidates with recent and relevant sales experience in powersports will be considered.

Requirements

• Must have powersports retail experience to be considered.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have valid Driver's license. Interested in a Motorcycle license? We'll pay for it!
• Experience with CRM or dealer management software.
• Finance/Insurance product selling is highly desired
• Experience in the motorcycle or powersports industry is preferred
• Strong and motivated work ethic
• Solid computer, typing and phone skills
• Ability to adhere to training process and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers with a friendly and inviting attitude
• Help qualify those buyers to the right unit for them
• Have the ability to have easy flowing conversations to create that sales opportunity.
• Utilize training to adequately present both product and finance options to the customer.
• Conduct business in an ethical and honest fashion.
• Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
• Be proactive with a thorough follow up process with sales prospects to increase personal sales. This is a full-time position with immediate availability. Job Type: Seasonal with potential to be full-time. Experience:
• Powersports: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred) Additional
