Route Sales Representative Duties: - Manage Day to Day operations of assigned service area - Build and maintain positive relationships with team and customer base - Take orders and ensure accurate product delivery - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner- Promote Sales -Support Customer Service and Safety Oriented Culture - Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with route planning and navigation This position requires heavy lifting and strong organizational skills. The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering products to customers, taking orders, merchandising shelves, and collecting payments. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to lift heavy objects and navigate assigned routes. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.
