Full-Time | Entry Level + Paid Training Kaizen Solutions, Inc is one of the leading marketing and sales firms in the nashville area. With our recent expansion kicking off with such massive success, our ongoing relationships with some of the largest companies in the U.S. continue to grow. With a heavy focus on face-to-face sales, our role for our clients is to continually increase customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

:

• Build retail brand awareness for our clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Opening new accounts for clients and upgrading existing accounts.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED Skills of the ideal Sales Representative:
• Great student menatility
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Compensation

: Pay is a combination of a weekly base salary, uncapped commission structure, and bonuses. If you're looking to gain experience in the sales field, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
