We're looking to hire a new Paint Sales Associate to join our team at our Campbell and Santa Teresa store locations! We're looking for someone interested in working a Full Time schedule. We have established a great reputation for selling the highest quality paints and stains, while providing an excellent customer service experience to everyone that comes into our stores! You don't have to have experience in Benjamin Moore Paint or general paint knowledge. Customer service experience is a must. If you do have paint experience, we are open to negotiating the pay range (within reason). General Daily Responsibilities: Helping customers choose the right paint product and colors for their project, tinting paint and stain(will train), helping the team organize the store and maintain general cleanliness. Assisting with freight work as it comes in. This is all trainable. Experience/Qualifications: -Customer service experience is absolutely required. A good demeanor and friendly personality is a must. -We're looking for someone who is dedicated to excellent customer service and that works well in a team. - The idea candidate will have their own vehicle/mode of transportation, and be located within the South Bay Area. Compensation: - Pay is negotiable, the range begins at $19 per hour. The possibility for a higher pay range will be based on previous paint/related paint store experience.
