Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This is a kiosk in-store environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Engage in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Process transactions accurately through cash handling and point-of-sale systems. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and arranging displays. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. * Supervise junior staff when necessary, ensuring adherence to company standards. * Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales with a strong ability to sell products effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Strong cash handling abilities with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. * Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals. * Experience in supervising staff is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to communicate product features clearly. * Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store appearance.
