Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and supporting the overall success of our dealership. Duties * Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve targets. * Maintain an organized approach to managing customer interactions and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication. * Provide sales support by assisting with product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries. * Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or retail environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not required. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
