Sales Professional

Duties

: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment - Knowledge of crystals and their metaphysical properties is a plus. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal Mana Crystals is a new crystal shop in Waikiki inside Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Resort Spa. We are excited to announce that we are looking for experienced sales people who are interested in crystals and minerals. We teach all customers about our products. We require high energy, enthusiastic, positive professionals who are excited about sharing knowledge about beautiful crystals. Bilingual applicant are encouraged to apply.
