We are seeking additional motivated and dynamic Sales Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, especially closing deals, with the ability to ascertain the homeowners' needs. Our Sales Professionals present solutions to pre-qualified customers to help them understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their specific objectives. Duties * Engage and close deals with customers through pre-QUALIFIED leads... NO COLD CALLING or PROSPECTING!! * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and areas for improvement. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. * Close deals by identifying and targeting customer needs through friendly in-home consultations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals. * Utilize software for tracking sales activities, managing customer information and building quotes. Skills * Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or direct sales environments. * Ability to engage customers and identify their needs effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully. * Confidence in your own ability to succeed!
