Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the products they need. Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote our products will be key to driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and product inquiries. * Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain knowledge of grocery store products and promotions to effectively sell items. * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement. * Handle cash register operations accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create an inviting shopping environment. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance.
