Full description of the position

Responsibilities

:

• Split time between Technical department and Sales department.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
• Responsible for existing channel account management, organize project activities, establish timelines and deadline, forecast and monitor budget.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate price; enter and monitor orders, facilitate credit issues and negotiate returns.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Performs various other tasks and special projects as directed by manager.
