Outbound Sales [please apply online] Capital Partners We are a family-owned private equity firm that owns and manages a diverse portfolio of 10 businesses across various industries and states, We're looking for a high-energy Outbound Sales Caller to join our team in downtown Nashville. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys making connections with potential customers. You will be responsible for making 80-100 outbound calls per day, engaging leads, and helping drive revenue growth across our portfolio of companies. Success in this role comes with total compensation of up to $70,000 through a combination of salary and performance-based incentives! Responsibilities: * Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to potential clients. Engage and qualify leads to schedule appointments or close sales. * Follow up with prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes. * Work closely with leadership to optimize scripts and strategies for higher conversions. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. *Handle objections and e ectively communicate value propositions. *Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. * Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset and drive for success. * Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required). Energetic, positive attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
