Compensation: $80,000 commission based Responsibilities: * Prospect for new leads to promote new business * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community * Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume * Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs * Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities Qualifications: * Organized and managed time effectively * Past sales experience is preferred * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies * Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth * Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills * Regulatory Notice: Although a real estate license is not mandatory for application, obtaining one is a prerequisite for official employment.
