Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Sales Executive( Division 8 & 10) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the division 8 and division 10 commercial sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales acumen and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Prepare divsion 8 & 10 quotes, submittals, and orders. * ability to do blueprint takeoffs. * Maintain inventory. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using POS software. * ability to do field measurements to verify openings. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Proficiency in using POS software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset. * A valid driver's license may be required for travel purposes.
