Watkins Construction Roofing is hiring sales reps for the Baldwin and Mobile County markets. Our office is located in Fairhope, AL and we are doing interviews soon! This is a Sales ONLY position! NO Production responsibility! Our hiring manager will respond promptly and schedule an interview with you! * Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 Responsibilities: * Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations. * Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products/services to customers. * Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in the CRM system. * Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service. * Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands.
