Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. We market premium Air Purification systems with related accessories to homeowners in the local area. (SRX made by Rainbow) We supply 10-15 good appointments per week. Appointments take approximately 2 hours and our closing ratio is 40%. Commissions range between $400-600 per sale. Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients..
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or territory sales management is helpful but not required.
• Strong understanding of business development principles and direct sales techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
