About the Role

: As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for generating leads, assessing roofs for storm damage, and helping homeowners navigate the insurance claim process. This role requires resilience, confidence, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a commission-based environment. What You 'll Do:

• Canvass targeted areas to generate leads and schedule roof assessments.
• Climb ladders to assess roof damage and document findings (training provided).
• Educate homeowners on their options for roof replacement options.
• Close deals and sign contracts , guiding customers through the process.
• Stay organized and persistent , following up with leads and driving sales.
• Represent The Roof Sleuths with honesty and professionalism in every interaction. What We 're Looking For:
