Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic outside salesperson to help propel our landscape and lawn maintenance business to new levels. Since this is the first time we've offered this position, we want someone who can help build a sales plan and execute it. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. * Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation techniques. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships in the market. * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs. * Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our products and services. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in B2B environments. * Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and commercial sales. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
