Overview We are seeking a motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, dependable professional to join our team of tech sales in mostly used electronics wholesale/retail market. Assisting in sorting equipment, taking down accurate inventory, testing it, grouping, preparing lists for sharing with potential customers, keeping track of incoming/outgoing equipment and assist as needed listing them for sale online on various retail channels like eBay, Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, our own web store and broker sites. Plenty of growth opportunities that come with experience and proven results. Attention to details and orderly manner of going about daily activities with inventory - is highly desirable. This could be a perfect part-time opportunity as well for somebody who's studying/school as with proper communication and dedication to when available - flexible hours would be applied. Duties * Perform allocated tasks as requested in regards to inventory, testing and some cleaning of equipment as needed. * Be neat at workplace, utilize available tools and communicate efficiently. * Meet or exceed assigned targets by utilizing effective techniques and work ethic. * Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring workplace satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance of the department. * Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions [when that level of work reached]. Skills * Having ability to show up, be upbeat and ready perform what's needed, learn and be proactive in daily/weekly planned and ongoing tasks around the department and warehouse. * Having general computer and at least excel very basic skills, or at least familiarity and willingness to learn. Will train the right candidate. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly - rather double-check if in doubt than assume. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks and inventory assigned to oversee, efficient follow-ups, ask questions when in doubt and be ever-improving. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the process.
