Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, providing product information, and facilitating a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. This will be an in- store kiosk environment. Duties * Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients about our offerings. * Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in inventory management. * Utilize retail math to ensure proper pricing and promotions are applied. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. Skills * Proficiency in retail math for accurate financial transactions. * Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems to facilitate sales processes. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits. * Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members effectively. * Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. * Basic math skills for daily operations and reporting. * Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently. * Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients..
