This is not a typical sales job--it's an opportunity to build relationships, problem-solve, and manage coverage solutions that make a real impact. What You 'll Do:

• Engage with referrals and warm leads, ensuring clients get the right coverage for their needs.
• Manage complex coverage relationships, problem-solving to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on insurance options using a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Suite and internal systems.
• Represent APIG at trade shows and industry events, expanding our presence.
• Work collaboratively with the team while independently managing your pipeline and goals.

Requirements

:

• Sales experience (preferably in insurance, retail, finance, or telemarketing).
• Proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows (as needed).
• Able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (we cover the cost).
