JOB TITLE: Sales Representative FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Ampstun REPORTS TO: EVP SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No JOB LOCATION: Richmond, KY TRAVEL: 20% SUMMARY OF POSITION: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our utility billing software solutions to water utilities across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on an essential industry while developing meaningful relationships with utility professionals nationwide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute a strategic sales plan to target water utilities and achieve sales goals. * Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at water utilities, including municipalities and private organizations. * Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase the benefits of our software solutions. * Understand clients' needs and customize solutions to address their specific challenges. * Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. * Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress using CRM tools. * Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. to meet with clients and attend industry events. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
