YuJa Inc. is looking for energetic salespeople with a proven track record in Tech Sales. The Account Executive - Level 1 position includes structured training programs that are designed to help salespeople drive growth for our organization, in a significantly expanding marketplace. YuJa also offers a dynamic and collaborative environment along with the opportunity for professional growth through hands-on training, mentoring, and continuous product education for our industry-leading software. About Us YuJa is a leader in cloud platforms and applications for regulated sector clients including higher-ed, K12, healthcare, and government. We enable enterprises to create engaging digital media experiences. We have legal headquarters in Delaware with primary U.S. offices in Silicon Valley, California and Canadian offices in Toronto. About the Role * Source leads and book product demonstrations. * Develop a strong understanding of the full suite of YuJa product technologies. * Deliver online demonstrations of the YuJa product suite to prospective clients. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close. * Accurately assess and manage individual pipeline opportunities. * Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records in Salesforce. * Conduct product trials and pilots with prospective clients. * Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. * Prepare and submit RFPs to prospective clients. About You * 2-3 years of proven success as an Account Executive or Senior BDR/SDR. * Experience with Enterprise Video Technology, Assistive Technology, Test Proctoring, or Website Scanning is a plus and will help you excel in this role. * Proven ability to exceed sales targets and quotas through effective pipeline management and successful enterprise-level deal closures. * Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and work well under pressure. * Display empathy and emotional intelligence. * Effective problem solving, time management and organization skills. * Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit. * Ambitious, eager to learn and eager to grow.
