Responsibilities * Conduct Appointment Setting, Qualify Appointments, Conduct inbound Call Appointment Setting and Confirm Appoints. * Great Customer Service * Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and or current owners * Articulate the benefit of traveling with Groundup Solar & Electrical LLC * Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques * No Cold Calling: All leads are prequalified and provided by the company * Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training Compensation, and Training * Weekly Base and Uncapped Commissions, plus Monthly Bonuses * Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale * Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Recognition Programs Job Expectations and Requirements * Ability to Listen and Learn. Maintain production standards * Overcome objections Set and Confirm Qualified Appointments * Must be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $3,000.00 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
